After nearly 10 years in Submarines in the Royal Australian Navy, Joe moved into major infrastructure projects in Victoria, where he saw how government contracts can create social value when done differently. In 2025 he completed a postgraduate qualification in social impact with Swinburne University’s Centre for Social Impact and now works with like-minded organisations to challenge the norm in supply chain engagement and people-centred diversity.

After five years embedded in major projects like the Level Crossing Removal Program and the North East Link (constructor side) Joe decided to spread the impact in multiple directions at once by starting a small advisory firm working with organisations who want to leave a lasting social legacy. While currently small, Joe wants EdifyConnect to grow a team of experts with delivery experience because he has the strong desire to create a lasting social impact.

We have an alignment with Soldier On - a Veteran centric charity, as a Service Ambassador. Dedicated to the cause of creating genuine support for the Veteran community.

As a company founded and run by veterans of the Australian Defence Force, we are proud to engage organisations who support our community.
At EdifyConnect we would like to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia, and we pay our respects to their elders past and present and their unbroken connection to land, waters and community. Always was, always will be - Aboriginal land.
